Overview
The ConversaLabs public payment page presents one charge to the payer without dashboard access. The link allows reading that charge; it does not grant access to the account or other sales.
Prerequisites
The charge must be available and have a valid link. Its method must provide the required payment instruments. Gateway certificates and credentials never appear to the payer.
Step by step
- Open the charge details in Payments.
- Check amount, due date, method and status.
- Share the charge link only with the intended recipient.
- The payer opens it and uses the displayed instruments to pay.
- Check confirmation in the dashboard before considering the receipt complete.
Settings & options
The page shows amount, currency, due date and status. Where available, it provides the boleto digitable line and PDF or Pix copy-and-paste code and QR. Missing gateway fields are never fabricated. The page only reads the charge; it cannot issue, cancel or refund payments.
Use cases
Share simple access to boleto or Pix without dashboard permissions. Each installment retains its own payment details; a payment book groups installments as they are issued.
Tips, limits & best practices
Status reflects the latest update received by the platform and may lag behind the bank. The displayed time indicates the local update. Anyone holding the link can view the charge: avoid publishing it in groups or public pages. Archived, revoked, expired or privacy-invalidated links become unavailable.
Troubleshooting
Link unavailable: ask the operator to check whether the charge remains available.
Missing PDF, digitable line or QR: check which instruments the gateway has supplied.
Paid but still pending: allow processing time and verify the receipt in the gateway; reopening the page does not force a financial bank query.
